The chatroom is online!
Some simple guidelines:
Operators will have the ability to kick people being overly hostile for a temporary cooldown duration.
In extreme cases, an Operator may ban a user who is consistently hostile and detrimental to the purpose of this chatroom.
You may send private messages to each other by right-clicking their name on the list.
You can create a channel: /join #namehere and tell other people to join the same channel to speak about a different issue.
When you create a channel, you become the Operator of that channel, and have the power to remove other users from the group. DO NOT ABUSE THIS POWER OR YOU WILL BE BANNED YOURSELF!
If you want to create a private channel by invite only, click "Menu" and "Join Channel" after entering the name, right-click on the new room you created, and click "Channel central" to put a password on the room, make it secret and private, and invite only.
To invite a user to your room (normal, secret, or private), type: /invite username #room and replace "username" with their name and "#room" with your new room.
While you are able to "ignore" a user (no longer see their messages), it is reccomended to find a person to mediate conflict and resolve the issue, instead of hiding from it.
